00:00I've got two easy ways how to get HDMI connected on your MacBook Neo.
00:03The first and probably most convenient option is something like this color matching USB-C hub,
00:08which attaches to the side of the MacBook Neo and gives you a ton of ports, including a full-size
00:12HDMI.
00:13And now you'll be able to connect your HDMI cables.
00:16But even easier if you've got a newer monitor like my Dell UltraSharp 52,
00:20you don't even need one of these or an HDMI cable,
00:23because you can actually connect directly to your display with USB-C.
00:26So just plug in the one cable.
00:27Just make sure you're using the first port on the MacBook Neo because it's faster.
00:30Otherwise, you're going to get this warning message that tells you you need to use the other one.
00:34Switch it over and...
00:35The other really cool thing about a setup like this, especially if your monitor supports it,
00:39is this one cable allows me to get power delivery as well as connect to all my peripherals at my
00:45desk.
00:46My mouse, my audio mixer, my speakers, they now all connect to my MacBook Neo with this one cable and
00:51I'm good to go.
00:52But let me know which option you'll use.
