This is Plop-Top, a.k.a. Plop! He%9s the son of Lemongrab and Tooey, hatched on August 15th, 2022.
When Tooey got broody, we let her sit on four of the eggs she laid. After 28 days, nothing had hatched, and I was worried about Tooey sitting for too long and not getting enough exercise and nutrients. So I almost threw out the eggs but decided to let her sit on them for a couple more days, since I had read that sometimes it could take a little longer.
The next day, I could hear Plop chirping inside the egg that he had pipped, lol. And he hatched by the next morning. Thank goodness I didn%9t throw them out too early!
And he grew to be just the most giant of geese. I had a suspicion when he was younger while I was walking with them though, because I remember asking, %CWhy are your feet bigger than your parents%9?%D %D%2
