00:00I think, yeah, there's definitely, yeah, definitely feeling an emotion of some of the things that just trying to handle
00:07that in the ways that I can and what's in my control.
00:10But also, yeah, having a realistic understanding of the consequences of some of the things that I put myself in
00:15this offseason.
00:16But I feel like I've been able to feel grounded and feel present when I step out there on the
00:21football field.
00:22That's been one of the positive things of every time I step on that football field, never taking that moment
00:27for granted.
00:27And also feeling really grateful to be out there with a group of guys and to go out and compete.
