This Golden Retriever, Nova, had been trying to make friends with an outdoor cat named Boots in her grandparents’ neighborhood for months. When Boots finally approached Nova, she became extremely excited, crying and doing happy hops as she tried to interact with him. Boots eventually walked away, but Nova continued trying to befriend him.
