What does it even mean to hire someone who is smarter than you?
And if such candidate exists, so they are smarter, better experience, and better execution...can you cooperate? Or do you feel threatened?
I have the privilege to have a few smart friends (surgeons, medical specialists and other entrepreneurs who are better than me). Can you accept their business acumen might be better than yours?
