00:28Junnuo, R. Divagar, Mohamed Amirul Hafiz Abdullah, Ng Chernyao and Tony Yen Chun Yun were jointly charged under Section 148
00:39of the Penal Code, read together with Section 120B of the same law.
00:45The accused allegedly took part in a riot while armed with dangerous objects or weapons that could be used to
00:52attack others.
00:53The incident took place in front of SJKC Kong Min 2nd Branch in Ayah Itam at about 2.45am on
01:02August 29.
01:03All 11 pleaded not guilty to the charge.
01:06The prosecution proposed bail of RM10,000 for each accused.
01:11Following mitigation, Magistrate Noor Idayu Salim allowed bail of RM6,000 each with one surety.
