00:00Before the world had order, the ancient Egyptians believed there was Neith.
00:04One of Egypt's oldest and most powerful goddesses, Neith was associated with war, hunting, wisdom, and creation.
00:13She was often shown carrying a bow and arrows, symbolizing her role as a fierce warrior and protector.
00:22But Neith was more than a goddess of war.
00:25Ancient traditions described her as a primordial creator, existing before the world itself and playing a role in the creation
00:35of the universe.
00:37Her main center of worship was Syse in the Nile Delta, where she held enormous religious importance.
00:45Neith was also believed to protect the dead and was connected with the world of the gods and the afterlife.
