01:29Hindi lang siya gawing program or hindi lang siya na ina-adopt lang po.
01:35And it depends on the administration na if they want to adopt it or not.
01:42Parang nakadepende lang po siya because it's not yet a law.
01:45So we want to push po sana to make it a law.
01:48And if I may just say, sir, since you've mentioned and you've been passionate about the BUB that you've mentioned

01:55Sana, sir, we can come to your office and seek your help to really sponsor the bill para, sir, to
02:04answer all the issues that have been hounding the legislators or the lawmakers.
