00:16several of our family had fear of heights but our guide antonio was the best
00:21he calmed fears gave excellent safety training and we all were hooping and holler in with fun
00:27the zips were a varying length and speeds but all fast we were the first tour of the morning starting
00:34at 8 a.m we had the entire zipline course to ourselves with no waiting for other groups
00:41i can't recommend enough to go early for this tour and actually all the tours at the end of the
00:48zipline portion you go back to the main office and there you are part of the resort there are walking
00:55trails up to varying levels of hot springs plus regular cool pools and some really awesome water
01:00slides there is a slide for over 10 years old which is really fast and really fun and there is

01:07for younger children the hot springs were varying intensities of hot and they feel so wonderful
01:13after ziplining you also can take a hike that's very vertical for approximately 3 kilometers up to
01:20a special lookout for seeing the arena volcano as well as for seeing the beautiful lake that has
01:26water sports on it that belongs to the los lagos resort we were able to leave our belongings in
01:32lockers while we did zipline and then we moved them to lockers by the hot springs while we enjoyed two
01:39and a half hours of relaxing in the hot springs and doing the water slides the lockers were free
01:45at the hot springs they do have towels that you can rent but we brought our own towels with us
01:52it was a fabulous morning to mid-afternoon excursion.there were no meals provided with the tour
01:58but there were two different restaurants from which to order food
02:02we decided to wait and have lunch when we got back to la fortuna
02:06as our hotel did not have a pool with it this day of relaxing in hot springs after a hike
02:13and
02:14ziplining was just what our family needed the combination was a beautiful tour package and i
02:20would highly recommend it additionally when you got your wristband for the hot springs it was good for
02:27the entire day up through 10 o'clock at night we had already booked a night nature hike or we
02:33very
02:33well may have come back and enjoy the hot springs in the evening also they have beautiful changing
02:39rooms with showers and bathrooms are immaculate the hot springs all had a cool water pool right next to
02:46a hot spring pool lots of families had children that were playing in the cool pool while they were in
02:52the hot spring while we were there the parents were able to be watching their children but sitting
02:57in the hot spring instead it was a fantastic tour package a thrilling adventure my kids six and eleven
03:07did not want to do ziplining but by the first zipline they were in love my family of four all
03:14felt very
03:15safe in the hands of antonio and the six-member crew we had such an amazing time and we couldn't

03:22more grateful for the crew being so patient and kind to my children we also appreciated having the photo
03:29option she captured so many amazing photos for us to enjoy for years to come the tarzan swing was
03:36exhilarating my 11 year old even did it luckily the skies were clear and we got the volcano in the
03:44last
03:44zipline pictures having access to the hot springs was a great deal we spent the rest of the day there
03:52the slides were fun my kids did the volcano slide at least 40 times each food at the resort was
04:01amazing and reasonably priced if you like seafood i recommend the seafood pizza the resort was very
04:09clean all around and offer free lockers for the day
