00:29But recently the agency responsible has slashed her physical therapy hours by two thirds.
00:36It almost seems like I'm being punished for having built up that independence.
00:40I'm very concerned that the way in which the assessment process is currently working within the NDIS
00:47is simply not delivering the outcomes that people with permanent and significant disability deserve.
