01:36The main goal of the World Nomad Games is to restore, revive and promote cultural heritage
01:41traditions and ethnic sports of nomadic civilizations across the world.
01:45And so the Games in Kyrgyzstan were so much more than a sports event.
01:48An ethno village was opened in Kirchin Gorge, which demonstrated ancient nomadic way of
01:53life.
01:54In it, Kyrgyzstan's regions presented their culture while also it served as a venue of
01:58the nomad sports contests and the culinary competition.
02:01The village will stay open for tourists in the village of Kyrgyzstan.
02:25The village will stay open for tourists and local people after the Games as Kyrgyzstan tries to capitalise on the
02:34global exposure to elevate its profile,
02:37as a travel destination.
02:38The event that will take place in the future of 5-6 days has its impact in the economic economy.

03:52Hundreds of sports events were held over a six-day event, which culminated in traditional Kazah-Kyrgyz rivalry with two
03:58countries,
03:59sweeping the medals. Their duels in the finals of Kokpar and Kokboru drew large crowds from both countries.
04:05Kyrgyz team emerged victorious in both sports, but Kyrgyzstan topped the overall medal table with 72 gold medals.
04:12But all agreed that everyone was a winner, as the Games successfully promoted nomad tradition.
04:17For me that was actually one of the most impressive things, that you can learn so much about so many
04:22different cultures,
04:22and at the same time play sports. I think that's perfect.
