00:00I saw this one this morning. I thought of the lock on my front door, but no.
00:04Baldwin is a commercial insurance broker.
00:07The ticker symbol BWIN.
00:09The shares are up.
00:11They are being taken private by an investor group that's being led by the family office of Michael Dell.
00:17Sure.
00:17The tech mogul consortium led by the Dell family office, DFO Management.
00:23Very cool.
00:23And Sequence Holdings announcing the deal this morning.
00:26This is for $32.50 a share, so that represents an enterprise value of just around $7.7 billion.
00:36Is it very Warren Buffett-ish?
00:38Is that the way you feel this way?
00:40You know, I don't know the reason behind it, but DFO Management is the venture capital-backed investment house.
00:47It's primarily focused on the service sector.
00:51Sure.
00:51Michael Dell on RichGo, number five in terms of the wealthiest.
00:56Folks out there, $262 billion, up $122 billion just this year.
01:00So he's got plenty of cash.
01:02Free cash flow on Baldwin, BWIN, like a couple years ago, $23 million.
01:09Small, small, small.
01:10Billion, right.
01:11And it's like ginormous.
01:13It's like done more than a double.
01:14Good for them.
01:15I mean, to get there.
01:16Source of cash.
01:17I've never heard of them.
01:18BWIN.
01:19Tampa, Florida.
01:20Their seats for the lightning are unreal.
01:24Absolutely unreal.
01:25Next.
01:25Moffat Nathanson this morning raising the target on SpaceX Class A shares to $142 from $131.
01:35So Elon Musk says in reply to users on X that he is highly confident that SpaceX will be launching
01:43NVIDIA AI computers in space next year.
01:47However, SpaceX set to receive a weighting boost also in the NASDAQ 100.
01:52So this follows the quarterly rebalancing.
01:55That's going to be later this month.
01:57Key driver is a combination of a rule in the NASDAQ 100 and the staggered series of lockup expirations for
02:04the shareholders, the IPO shareholders.
02:06As those lockups expire, more shares become available to trade.
02:10That's going to increase the flow unless SpaceX eligible weighting in the index.
02:16Again, that's later this month.
02:18Oracle next up.
02:19The share is slipping.
02:20This follows the disclosure that Larry Ellison, the co-founder, had canceled a plan to sell company shares.
02:28The AI cloud provider announcing over the weekend that Ellison had scrapped a trading plan adopted months earlier.
02:34This is a setup that shields corporate insiders from allegations of trading on sensitive information.
02:42It established predetermined instructions and executing trades automatically through a third party.
02:48But no Oracle stock was sold under the disclosed plan.
02:51Ellison has no other plans to sell any of his Oracle stock.
02:55This according to Barron's.
02:57The announcement comes soon after the company disclosed it.
