01:09And now they're trying to blackmail the American people with this idea of safety.
01:14They're going to release a world-ending technology if we don't regulate it.

01:26He said this global world order, right?
01:29Because we talk about our two frontier labs as well.
01:34Our two frontier labs are American companies built here in the United States of America.
01:38Yet he wants to outsource the regulation, the oversight, to what, the Europeans, who are building nothing?

01:49What this actually is about is controlling the future, limiting competition, and shifting liability.

02:03Like, you don't roll a car off of an assembly line without testing the brakes.
02:07If something goes wrong, it's on the company that produced the product.
02:11There is tremendous consumer protections already in place.
02:14And these companies should be liable for the products they built, which goes to the final point.
02:19If they think that the next step, this current moment, calls for a pacing of the technology and the innovation,
