CBFC Board में बड़ा फेरबदल हुआ है। सरकार ने Central Board of Film Certification यानी CBFC के Board का पुनर्गठन करते हुए 18 सदस्यों की नई टीम बनाई है। इस नए Board में Bollywood और Television के कई जाने-पहचाने चेहरों को जगह मिली है। Preity Zinta, Pankaj Tripathi, Rupali Ganguly और Pallavi Joshi समेत कई कलाकार अब इस Board का हिस्सा होंगे। इसके अलावा Suniel Shetty और Bengali Cinema के मशहूर Actor Prosenjit Chatterjee का नाम भी शामिल है। नए Board की जिम्मेदारी फिल्मों और audiovisual content के Certification से जुड़े कामों में होगी। इन बड़े नामों की Entry के बाद CBFC का नया Board Entertainment Industry में चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है।
The CBFC Board has undergone a major reshuffle. The government has reconstituted the Central Board of Film Certification by appointing a new team of 18 members. Several well-known faces from Bollywood and television have been included in the new Board.
