00:24but any change has to be sustainable and lasting. We always knew that things wouldn't just change overnight, that

00:32We knew that there would be a resistance to change as well of course but we're on track, we

00:39both legally in terms of the political context with an alternative candidate and in terms of the programme of governance
00:46reforms that we need to see.
00:48So Europe at least remains completely united on this. The federations feel very strongly that the leadership we're
