00:00RB Salzburg came through a couple of rounds of Europa League qualifying.
00:06They beat Paphos of Cyprus.
00:08Captain Christian Dimitrov returns and starts two for Maikon, Aldair, Everton and Armstrong Okoflex.
00:17Tim Drexler replaces Zabranski in defence.
00:21Harris Tobakovic, the Bosnian international.
00:27Golewski, Sofia in the all-blue strip attack the goal away to our left.
00:38Serginho will get there first.
00:41This is Aldair.
00:48Trying to make room for the cross.
00:51Comfortable defending though for the Austrians.
00:57Counter-attack on here.
01:01That's good pace.
01:03It's brilliant defending from Maikon.
01:06How quickly he covered the ground there.
01:12Serginho.
01:15Everton.
01:17Trying to call Aldair forward, who's reluctant to do so.
01:24Turdin.
01:28Makou.
01:33Okoflex.
01:37Referee Woz going to blow for the foul.
01:39Has played advantage.
01:43Down to make the save at the second attempt.
01:46Christian Zabranski is shot from Okoflex, unable to test Wutsov, but more of a test for...
02:00Sloppy in midfield there from Levski.
02:03And Salzburg's first attempt comes from Wutsov.
02:08It's their 13th Europa League campaign and equals a competition record level with Ajax and Olympiakos.
02:16And here are Salzburg with a first big chance.
02:20And Tobakovich denied by a fine save from Wutsov.
02:25Tobakovich, look at the space he had here.
02:30He was on target, and the goalkeeper reacts really well.
02:36Instinctive push of the left arm, and it was crucial for the goalkeeper, and Levski stays nil-nil.
02:48Shots on from a long way out, doesn't really overextend Wutsov, Masoret, for the effort.
02:58Polish midfielder, joined in the summer on a five-year deal, just 19 years old.
03:13A couple of 19-year-olds in the RB Salzburg starting 11, the other one aside for Masorek is the
03:19goalkeeper, Zafiszycki, 20-year-old in Baidu.
03:27Quite a lot of big names came through the RB Salzburg ranks.
03:33Erling Haaland was once on the books of the Austrian club as a teenager.
03:38Sadio Mane pitched up and played for RB Salzburg as a 20-year-old, had a couple of years with
03:44the club.
03:45Deot Upamacano, French international centre-back, he joined as a teenager.
03:50So did Dominic Saboslay, who's performing so well with Liverpool these days.
03:55And Barcelona's Karim Adeyemi was a teenager with Salzburg.
04:01They've got a fine academy, they bring through their own as well as scouting elsewhere.
04:10If you're good enough, you're old enough, is the mantra.
04:16Masorek.
04:18Oh, nice pass, beautiful wait for Schmidt.
04:20Chance, goal!
04:24Tavakovic with a poacher's goal at the near post.
04:28It's poor defending from Levski.
04:32And goal number six in Europe already for the Bosnian international, Harris Tavakovic.
04:42But Velasquez, the Spanish head coach of Levski, will not be happy.
04:47They're happy enough, the small travelling band of Salzburg fans.
04:51It's a lovely ball, though, that set Schmidt in, but there's the poor defending.
04:55And it came from the captain, Dimitrov.
04:58Needs to do better here.
05:00Oh!
05:02Turtano's little niggle there at Serginio.
05:07As we step into time added on at the end of the first half.
05:12Won't be a great deal of it.
05:14Indeed, the referee decides there'll be no stoppage time.
05:17A goal from Harris Tavakovic in the 39th minute.
05:21And we have a half-time score in the Europa League here in Bulgaria.
05:24Levski's someday a nil.
05:26RB Salzburg, one.
05:32Away we go, then.
05:35Match day one for these two in the league phase of this season's UEFA Europa League competition.
05:48Levski have certainly not been short of goals so far this season.
05:53Nine domestic league games have produced 21 goals, no defeats.
06:02Still no attempt on target from the home team.
06:06Oh, loose.
06:07Really loose from Putzhov.
06:10Kitano.
06:11Putzhov makes up for the initial error.
06:13And again.
06:16And that was a really poor pass out from the goalkeeper.
06:19Lucky to get away with that.
06:26Promising for Salzburg, not now.
06:32Kitano.
06:40Vertessen waits for Schmidt.
06:44Vertessen.
06:46Good effort.
06:47That's a decent save from Putzhov.
06:49Wouldn't have mattered anyway.
06:51As we look at the earlier effort from Vertessen, which tested Putzhov.
07:06Low and well blocked by Putzhov.
07:10Must have seen that late.
07:11The goalkeeper got down really well to his left.
07:14Because that was on target from Schmidt.
07:17Had to be really watchful there, Putzhov.
07:20Had to be really watchful there, Putzhov.
07:27Into the last ten minutes plus stoppage time.
07:33Had one or two good moments in this second half.
07:37Had real momentum at one stage since half-time.
07:40Levski.
07:41But they haven't really worked.
07:45And it's useful.
07:47And Perea's header harmlessly wide.
07:50Well, that dropped nicely, I thought, for Juan Perea.
07:55They defended well when they had to.
07:58Levski huffed and puffed in the second half.
08:00But failed to get a single attempt on target.
08:02Danny Roll.
08:03You can see in his face, delighted.
08:05Delighted.
