00:22just based on the fact that uh we're crying in wisconsin uh you can put numbers in front of
00:28persons i think the ultimate measure is how persons feel how each individual feel and if
00:35you don't feel safe then i don't think it was a success do you think the police force that they
00:41open today as well as the new special operations will help police fight against them i am aware
00:46that our police force was one of many but i'm not sure exactly where so i can't see
00:50one into uber one in grand bazaar and they're opening one in any others okay um again that could be
00:58that could be a help um but it's not just with regards to the physical force right actually it's
01:05what happens right if it is the officers they are responsive uh if it is they have the tools which
01:12might mean um vehicles and somethings one uh reports maybe yeah i wouldn't say it has been a success
01:22because to me it was was worse with the crime we're hearing us that are killing
01:29we're in the sun killing all over the place so people not feeling safe but people still not
01:35feeling safe you understand this set emergency i wouldn't say it was a complete failure but to
01:41say it was a massive success no do you think the police force that they open the police force
01:46do you think that's only new special operations will to help them we can give it a try you know
