We were told by an exceptionally reliable source that he was shopping for new luggage before his business trip to obtain private equity financing. At DTW airport when he was about to board, he insisted to TSA agents his Minion was a carry-on bag, not a Minion. When TSA ran the Minion through the X-Ray machine, they had to rip and tear it completely apart because it looked like someone was smuggling contraband. As a side note, David was not allowed to board that plane, thus he completely missed the private equity financing meeting. And now it is September 2026, ouch.
