00:00Hundreds of clinicians urged Saturday the release of four jailed pro-Palestinian activists
00:05accused of money laundering when they helped organize a Gaza-bound humanitarian flotilla.
00:11The activists were arrested in March, accused of misusing funds raised for the global sum
00:17of flotilla, which they led to Gaza in 2025, with the aim of delivering aid to the Palestinian
00:23territory.
00:24Flotilla representatives condemned the arrest and denounced that the detainee's health was
00:29deteriorating fast after they began a hunger strike to protest their imprisonment.
00:34On the other hand, the head of the Tunisian League for Human Rights, Basem Trifi, said
00:39the arrest was politically motivated and considered the detainees as prisoners of conscience and
00:45political prisoners.
