00:14Surrounded by black lava rock along the Kona Coast of Hawaii's Big Island,
00:19this home is true paradise living. Let's go check this one out.

01:12We're in Kaupulehu in an exclusive private gated community going to show you this incredible home behind me.
01:21Now you guys are in for a treat today.
01:22We are on the Big Island of Hawaii on the coast of Kona, the Kona coastline that is.
01:29And we're going to see 214 acres of private Kauhulehu Natural Cultural Reserve.
01:36And as we start our tour here on this circular driveway surrounded by an incredible plumeria tree and this unique
01:44abstract pattern on our driveway circles us around to a three car modern garage with four wall sconces in between
01:55those three garage doors.
01:56This is Hawaiian living at its finest, and I'm going to show you why.
02:00Walking up to the front entrance, we are surrounded by that volcanic lava rock walls to either side of us
02:07and through our front door.
02:09I love the difference in the light stonework with more of those modern wall sconces to either side of us.
02:16We've got a code to access into our property through this first gate.
02:21And here we are.
02:22We arrived to this one acre property now in this Kauhulehu community.
02:29Hope I'm saying that right.
02:30Don't make fun of me down in the comments below.
02:32But there are 80 home sites and about 30 of them have been built so far, including this brand new
02:38construction home that we're going to take a look at here.
02:41So as you see our stone path leading up to the open front entrance with gorgeous Pacific Ocean views, we'll
02:48show you in just a little bit.
02:49I'm going to take a turn to my right through this stone walkway here surrounded by natural grass because this
02:55is the detached guest suite.
02:59Follow me in here.
03:01That consists of a full getaway from the main home with this living room section built in surrounding the TV
03:07on the wall, LED lighting and your own in unit laundry here for this guest home.
03:14If you walk this way with me, we've got Mila microwave appliance and a wet bar leading us into the
03:20bedroom suite.
03:22Now, check out these views of the volcanic rock in front of us.
03:27Now, you're going to see a lot more of these views as we step into the backyard of this home
03:31because we are actually able to see five volcanoes here on the big island of Hawaii from this property.
03:37This bedroom also has full walking closet and full ensuite with the bathroom, dual vanity, dark quartzite counters that do
03:47also match that black volcanic rock that we see in the exterior here.
03:52Glass shower as well.
03:54And this is something unique.
03:55I think every bedroom has an outdoor shower.
04:00We walk through this glass door, got the outdoor shower and more of the volcanic rock here at the wall
04:06next to us.
04:06There's also a gate that leads us to more of the property, but this is entirely separate from the main
04:12home.
04:12Thought I'd show you this before we go into the actual property through the front door.
04:17So let's head back outside and once again, walk down this curved S shape walkway with another detached guest room.
04:26We'll show you toward the end of the tour down that path.
04:29And now this is our front entrance.
04:31Like, are you kidding me?
04:32You can already see all the way through the property through that volcanic lava rock and see the Pacific Ocean
04:40behind us.
04:41Now, let's talk about the specs of this property as we've already stepped into the home through the sliding pocket
04:47doors.
04:47Now, there's a total of 6,350 square feet of interior space, five total bedrooms, five bathrooms and one half
04:55bath as well here.
04:56And this is the formal living room section we've already stepped into.
05:01I absolutely love the tones of not only the wood that we are seeing surrounding our flat screen TV on
05:07the left side here and the storage space down beneath,
05:11but also matches the interior contemporary furniture, the coffee tables, and then contrasts so well with the vaulted wood ceilings
05:19up above us.
05:20Now, this is just incredible Hawaiian indoor-outdoor living.
05:24Just a few more steps and we're in the backyard.
05:26Now, both sides of us are sliding pocket doors.
05:29As I said, with the press of a button, the shades can come up or come down very easily and
05:35then you can open up everything.
05:36So, it feels like we are outside all the time here and that's exactly what it's like to live on
05:41the big island.
05:42Now, here's the dining area, seating for 10 people, massive dual circular light fixture above us hanging from those walnut
05:52wood ceilings.
05:53And then that leads us directly into your formal chef's kitchen with not one, but two islands, beautiful countertops with
06:02bookmatched stone,
06:03breakfast bar seating on this one for four as well as the other one, a blend of materials from the
06:09stone to the bright wood.
06:12You've got a built-in wine fridge here in the corner as well as a sink on the opposite end.
06:17Then I said the breakfast bar seating once again with two light fixtures hanging from up above,
06:23larger sink on this island with multiple pop-up outlets on both islands as well.
06:29Along the walls, the eight-burner gas stove top with oven on the right side, microwave built-in on the
06:35left, and backsplash matching the countertop stone.
06:38The refrigerator is next to it as well.
06:41And as we keep going, looking over at the picture window behind me.
06:45Now, take a look at the picture window.
06:47That is one of the most gorgeous views in the entire country.
06:52But we are here on the big island of Hawaii.
06:55Absolutely beautiful.
06:56You don't have any neighbors that we are looking at from your kitchen here.
06:59Imagine just washing dishes and taking a look at the volcanoes, the black lava rock.
07:05This is very different from anything you are probably used to seeing, especially myself.
07:10I'm not used to seeing this as well.
07:12We have two Miele dishwashers that are brand new.
07:15Not used to seeing these that you pull the handle from up above and you shut them right here below
07:22the sink on either side.
07:23There's also a Miele microwave built into this first island here.
07:27As we continue on, we have your freezer on this end and the fridge on the opposite end of our
07:34kitchen here ready to go for you.
07:36And just a step away from the outdoor lanai.
07:42Now, that's what they call the covered patio spaces in Hawaii.
07:44And we will go out there and tour it in a bit.
07:47So we'll give you a quick sneak peek before we go into the primary suite on the opposite wing.
07:53And I'm just going to give you the full experience.

08:03On the right side of the TV here, we're actually just going to show you right now the primary suite
08:09through this door.
08:11And down a hall is our views from the primary suite bedroom.
08:18TV built into the corner.
08:20High ceilings once again with the same wood we've been seeing throughout.
08:24Fan built into the center.
08:27And sliding doors that open up in the corner to face your pool.
08:32And once again, those views of our backyard.
08:35We'll show you in a bit.
08:36Now wrap around the bedroom with me to the back side.
08:40This is where we're going to find the walk-in closet down this hallway for our primary suite bedroom.
08:47And then on the opposite side, you've got the hers.
08:50So that was the his and the hers.
08:52Brand new finishes.
08:53You get that fresh wood smell in here.
08:55And here is the primary spa room or bathrooms, they call it.
09:00Now we've got the woven light fixture here in the very center.
09:04Freestanding tub up against the large window.
09:07Dual vanity quartzite countertops.
09:10Love the onyx style lighting up against the wall.
09:13Private water closet right next to it.
09:16And then you've got a second one as well across from that.
09:19That glass shower with not one but two matte black range shower heads.
09:24It's either side of me as well as the handheld one.
09:27You always got to test those out right here.
09:28Check that one out.
09:30And of course, didn't we mention that there is an outdoor shower in every bedroom.
09:36Let's check out the primary suite outdoor shower.
09:39Now this feels like we're in some sort of movie.
09:42What movie does this feel like to you guys?
09:44Jurassic Park?
09:45Truly, we are in Hawaii right now.
09:48Try to fathom that.
09:49Imagine your life in Hawaii taking an outdoor shower right here surrounded by lava rock.
09:55Super cool.
09:56But then let's go back into the home and show you what is right across from the primary suite.
10:06If you watched last week's house tour, you heard me talk about Goldhaven resources and tungsten.
10:11Well, since then, there's been a pretty major update.
10:13The US Department of War just announced a $450 million investment to strengthen America's tungsten supply chain,
10:20along with a potential $2 billion tungsten purchase agreement.
10:24So the timing of last week's video is pretty interesting here.
10:26Goldhaven Resources, trading under GHVNF in the US and GOH in Canada,
10:31is now drilling at its flagship Magno Tungsten project.
10:34Historical work out there identified more than 600,000 pounds of tungsten bearing material,
10:39which at today's tungsten prices could represent roughly a billion dollars in gross contained value.
10:44Now they're using modern diamond drilling to see how large and continuous this system really is.
10:49And since today I'm filming at this home in Hawaii surrounded by black lava rock,
10:52it's actually fitting to talk about what's underneath the surface.
10:56For some perspective, China controls roughly 80% of the world's tungsten supply.
11:00One of its major tungsten systems, Shishuan, is state-length, valued in the multi-billion dollar range,
11:06and centered around roughly 10 square kilometers or 2,500 acres.
11:10Goldhaven's land package is 30 times larger than the area surrounding that system.
11:15And this is where it becomes more than just an exploration story.
11:18So tungsten is an extremely hard and dense material used across ammunition, armor-piercing applications,
11:24aerospace components, and advanced defenses.
11:26That makes securing a new western supply a national security issue.
11:30And governments are putting billions of dollars into these critical minerals right now.
11:33Drilling at Magno is currently underway, and if the results continue to support that early data,
11:38Goldhaven could be potentially advancing a new North American source of tungsten at an interesting time.
11:43Again, Goldhaven trades under GHV-NF in the US and GOH in Canada.

11:50Now let's get back to the tool, which is your home office.
11:53So if you're ready to work in the morning, you just take a couple steps in front of your door,
11:58and you can get to working in here with some built-ins behind your oval-shaped wood office desk.
12:04You've got the Sonos TV in front of the desk as well.
12:08Even attached from your office, you have an outdoor lanai.
12:11You'd consider this a covered patio section as well.
12:14Here in your home office, get some good work done, and then go enjoy the Black Sand Beach,
12:19which they do have here in this private community.
12:22We actually enjoyed a little bit of that Black Sand Beach.
12:25We'll throw a clip in there for you.
12:27But let's go back and check out the other side of this property.
12:31Just off the kitchen down this hallway, some storage space with the LEDs,
12:36same stone countertops, and Miele wine refrigerator,
12:40as well as we keep on continuing to a pantry room area for some storage.
12:47Then there is a door leading to the front yard if you want easy access to exit
12:52or come in and get a workout in because there is the gym that we'll show you in just a
12:57minute.
12:57But first, the powder room. I love the look of the wood slat wall finishes that surround this powder room,
13:04and it is quite large for a powder room as it continues on past where the toilet is
13:09because you do have a door leading directly to the outside in the backyard.
13:13So this can also act as an outdoor bathroom.
13:16Once you're finished up in the pool, you just come in here, wash up, and get ready to go.
13:21On with your day.
13:22Down the hallway, you've got the laundry room with tons of storage space in here as well as a full
13:27sink.
13:28And next to that would be the home gym.
13:31Flat screen TV by Sonos once again.
13:34We've got a few pieces of equipment in here.
13:37Linear windows looking to that front yard courtyard,
13:40and an outdoor seating section looking out toward the north part of the island here.
13:45Now, it's time to go to the opposite wing of the house and show you some of the other bedrooms.
13:50Passing the living room down the opposite wing.
13:53Now, you do have thermostats by Mitsubishi Electric throughout the entire property.
13:58As we take a turn left, I also love the staging and the wall art, the photos of the waves
14:03crashing.
14:04It truly feels so Hawaii out here within this entire property.
14:09More storage space to one side.
14:11Linear windows looking out to that courtyard once again.
14:14And the first bedroom on this wing will show you as two queen-size beds.
14:20High vaulted ceilings with wood beams and that fan up above.
14:25This feels like a five-star resort hotel room in my opinion.
14:28Sonos TV in front of us and more views to the landscaping to one side.
14:33Walk-in closet to my left and more drawer space here between the closet and our bathroom.
14:40Of course, floating vanity with the modern lighting in here.
14:45Pocket door leading into the water closet.
14:48Glass shower without a door.
14:51But you know what does have a door?
14:52The outdoor glass shower.
14:54So, once again, built with the volcanic lava rock that surrounds it.
14:58Now, across from this bedroom, we have the second bedroom on this wing.
15:04Down the hall once again.
15:06And there we go.
15:08Large king-size bed.
15:10High ceilings in here.
15:11Very similar to the last bedroom with views towards the other side.
15:15And walk-in closet.
15:17More drawer space.
15:18This is entirely symmetrical from the last bedroom.
15:21Similar vanity with the quartzite counters.
15:25Waterfall edge in here.
15:26Water closet with that pocket door.
15:29No door to lead into this glass shower.
15:31But, there you have it.
15:33Another outdoor shower.
15:35Now, would you guys shower indoors or outdoors?
15:37Maybe you tell me down in the comments because I want to know.
15:40Myself, I might want to shower inside.
15:43You don't know if your neighbors are ever peeking up on you.
15:45But, let's go back down the hall out of this room because there's another part to see.
15:51Before we show you the backyard, the pool, the natural reserve out there that I'll touch on a little bit
15:58more in just a second.
15:59But, through this glass door.
16:02We are back outside because this is a detached room once again.
16:08Saw the other one on the opposite side of the courtyard.
16:11Another window looking out there.
16:13You have a wet bar section ready to go with your coffee.
16:16Down beneath, built-in Miele refrigerator.
16:20And, here is yet another desk room.
16:23This one getting tons of natural lighting from both sides.
16:26As well as the high vaulted ceilings with wood being once again an outdoor seating space.
16:32More side yard to this bedroom than the rest.
16:35Super private from the rest of the home.
16:37You can easily park in the garage and access this room without ever bothering anyone inside the main home.
16:43Walk-in closet in here.
16:45And, similar bathroom to the others except we've got dual vanity in here with that water closet right next to
16:51us.
16:51Glass shower finishes and then your outdoor shower.
16:55This one, you get a little bit more space.
16:57Now, I'm going to show you this one because it takes a little curve to the right.
17:00I love the beautiful landscaping, the trees, the greenery that surround us here in Hawaii once again.
17:08And, last but not least, I think that was just about everything that we could see inside this brand new
17:15home in Hawaii.
17:16Now, it's time to go outside because that's Hawaii living at its finest.
17:19Let's check out the backyard.
17:27Stepping out to our over 600 square foot covered lanai space featuring outdoor furniture.
17:34Vaulted wood ceilings with exposed beams above us.
17:38Built-in speakers, outdoor dining, and even more bar seating out here with this gorgeous elevated stonework.
17:46We've got the Cedonia Lynx barbecue grill.
17:48And, this is a sunken bar area.
17:50As you see, I take a couple of steps down.
17:52We have multiple built-in refrigeration as well as an ice maker down here.
17:59And, we also have the porcelain tile underneath our feet throughout this entire backyard.
18:04As well as some side yard landscaping with more of the lava rock stone that surround us.
18:10And, continuing on here in our backyard, we have natural grass surrounding our pool.
18:17And, I also love the rock detail and features that act as stepping stones above our grassy yard here.
18:25As we look at the border of this one-acre backyard, multiple palm trees that surround two torches in the
18:34center.
18:34And, then more of the lava rock.
18:37Now, if I didn't say earlier, we have 214 acres of Kaupulehu natural reserve here.
18:44That can be untouched so they can culturally preserve the entire space here.
18:49So, if this isn't living the definition of the dream, I don't know what is.
18:53We've got this circular spa, once again, right next to our curved infinity-edge pool with a Baja shelf where
19:02we can see three lounge seats sitting on top of the water.
19:06And, then if you go low enough, you can just about see the infinity-edge pool flowing into the Pacific
19:13Ocean on top of the lava rock here.
19:17And, also, we see the abstract stone underneath us to match the lava rock that we see throughout the surrounding
19:24area here.
19:25Now, we are so isolated, but yet there is still a community here as there is a community two-level
19:31pool next to that Black Sand Beach I talked about earlier.
19:34Can't wait till that is done and to see what that looks like when this whole area is fully built
19:39up.
19:39More palm trees along this side of the pool, as well as another tiki torch.
19:44I mean, Hawaii is all about the fire and the torches.
19:48Everywhere we've gone, all of the restaurants, the coffee shops, they just have tiki torches lit up, which just add
19:53to the entire experience out here.
19:56And, I could just stand out here all day because this is not what I'm used to on a lot
20:00of the homes on our channel.
20:01When we see city views, even ocean views, this is very rare to have volcanic views.
20:06We can see five different volcanoes.
20:09I'm not going to try to name all of them right now.
20:12That would be way too hard for me personally.

21:09that light up the circular driveway as we head up through the gate of our property welcome home to
21:16this beautiful hawaiian estate now we're walking along the pathway with the lights to either side
21:22of me and we are seeing just what this property looks like as the sun sets in the evening and
21:29the sun was absolutely beautiful tonight hope you guys like it as much as i did and a few of
21:35the
21:35shots that we got for you but check this out this is the front entrance of the home from the
21:41wall
21:41sconces shining on the stonework to both sides of us from now the sliders are a bit more closed off
21:48and this is your greeting into the living room section with the high ceilings the fan going
21:55right here in the dining room table light lighting up this entire interior space as we now really make
22:04this feel like a home it goes from a house to a home at night as you see the kitchen
22:09we can make a nice
22:11meal here on the stovetop both islands serve up a drink and we're going to head out to the backyard
22:17to show you what it looks like with the pool lights on through the sliders and this is the outdoor
22:25lanai
22:28dining living area and pool lights behind me as you can see maybe a bit windy right now but still
22:37absolutely beautiful to have all of this privacy as the ocean just disappears into the night sky you can
22:45see the pool lights behind me and the torches if you can see a little bit of that on it's
22:49amazing to
22:49see how the home truly just turns into a completely different space at night as we've got all of the
