00:20The vehicle was traced and seized at a house in Tuaran on the same day for further action.
00:24Inspection found several offences, including an expired vehicle licence, no valid insurance,
00:32and the driver having no competent driving licence.
00:35The driver was also investigated for failing to stop when ordered and reckless driving
00:40that endangered other road users.
00:43A JPJ P22 summons notice and a seizure notice under Section 64 subsection 1 of the Road Transport
00:51Act were issued for the vehicle.
