Pickled Brussels sprouts have a unique recipe name, to say the least. In this video, an Allrecipes Allstar shows you how to make “Frog Balls” using blanched Brussels sprouts and a vinegar-based brine. After blanching the sprouts, place them into a jar before pouring in the homemade brine solution. Once refrigerated for three hours, they’re ready to serve as a snack or a side!
