00:00I don't think anybody can beat this country when it pulls together as one, when in those moments
00:05when we all need to step forward there's nothing like the spirit that you see in our communities
00:10and across this country and I felt it this summer and that is still what is great about Britain
00:17and about who we are and it's something that I think we should take great heart from today.
00:25We've put something on to thank you today, no disposable barbecues in the Downing Street garden as you can see
00:34so we're all taking all of these things seriously and we will keep changing as we go forward
00:44but my commitment to you is not to let what we live through just go past.
00:51I will make sure that we build resilience up from the ground level.
00:56We will not take our volunteers for granted.
01:00You can see some of them proudly from the St John's Ambulance today but so many other volunteers are with
01:05us.
01:05I will commit to you today as Prime Minister to support our community and voluntary sector across the country.
01:12From my former role I can say to you all you're not invisible to me.
