00:10international agenda that the acting president of the Bolivarian Republic is
00:14carrying out in New York that she arrived earlier in the morning of today to
00:21participate in the United Nations general debate that is beginning tomorrow
00:25to represent the Bolivarian nation. So what we're saying live is that meeting
00:34led by the creation of the development bank, Latin American Development Bank, by
00:41its president and its delegation alongside and representing the Venezuelan side is
00:46the acting president and the foreign minister as well as both sides continue
00:51to develop strategies to see how they can make progress in the development
00:57programs and to improve the structure and the economy as part of the recovery of
01:02the economic life and activity in Venezuela. This all parts were saying the
01:08international agenda that the acting president is developing in New York as
01:13she's expected to participate she will participate in the United Nations general
01:18high-level debate that begins tomorrow where she will represent the Bolivarian
01:24nation in this high-level forum. So in this moment both delegations are
01:32speaking with the members of the Inter-American Bank for Development as part to go
01:43over what has been done and what can be done. We must recall that Venezuela also
