00:00Hey, my name is Tracey Camp. I'm the president of the New South Wales Cat Fanciers Association.
00:04We're one of the longest serving bodies in New South Wales.
00:07We're here today at Berkeley Stadium with about 100 cats, or lots of different breeds.
00:14We have Persians and Bengals and Maine Coons.
00:18And we come here so that we can meet the public.
00:22Obviously, it's a competition as well, but it's nice to meet people
00:25and let the children see different breeds that they might not see unless they were in books.
00:30Right, so this is our famous judge here today. This is Laura Scholten.
00:34She's travelled all the way from Holland to come and judge for us today.
00:37She's been a breeder and a judge for about 40 years, and she's a very busy lady.
00:43I don't think she's been in her own country of Holland one weekend this year so far.
00:48In fact, she's been here two weeks doing two shows for us, one up in Northern Territory,
00:53and now she's back down here for us today.
00:55But she flies back to Holland tomorrow, and on Wednesday she flies out to America,
01:03where she is doing her very first FIF international show in the USA.
01:09And it's never happened before, and she's going to Texas and has been selected deliberately
01:14to attend that show because she's outgoing and one of the best judges
01:19for talking about the cats that she's looking at.
