00:14and zero abstentions for Senate Bill No. 2426 or the proposed Comprehensive School Safety Act.
00:19The bill's sponsor, Senator Bam Aquino, says this brings together existing child protection,
00:24mental health, and disaster policies into a singular operational framework for public and
00:28private schools.
