00:04I'm Bree Amaranthus with Oregon Ducks on S.I. with Aaron Flowers.
00:09Aaron, what is the number one biggest difference in you as a player this year compared to last year?
00:16I feel my experience and me just, my diet and everything, I just feel like I've changed as a person
00:21and changed as a player.
00:23What did you change about your diet?
00:25I just started eating way better, eating more protein than eating cleaner.
00:28I got way faster during the offseason, so that's a bigger goal, and I lost a lot of body fat.
00:32How much body fat?
00:33I lost four pounds of body fat and then gained four pounds of muscle, so yeah.
00:36Good for you.
00:38So with Dylan Diamond off to the NFL, how do you feel like maybe your leadership role has changed with
00:44the Ducks?
00:45It's grown for sure.
00:46My coach Hampton and Coach Landon pushed me through to become a bigger leader because he left,
00:50but I still talk a lot, talk way more, and then have to lead more in the secondary,
00:54but we still got Koi in, so we got a bunch of older guys in the secondary that talk a
00:58lot, so it's even.
00:59How has it been having Koi come in?
01:01What do you think he brings to the table as far as coming in from the transfer portal?
01:05He brings in a lot of athleticism and being a great player.
01:08Obviously, he's one of the best safeties in college football.
01:10He's really good, really great ball skills.
01:13I feel like he's going to have a monster season this year for us.
01:15What makes him maybe unique or different from some of the other players that you've played with?
01:19I just feel like he does natural instinct to get the ball.
01:21I feel like he wants it.
01:22No matter where he's at, he's going to try to get it,
01:24so that's what really makes him different from other players.
01:28What makes him know when he's in the middle of the时
01:30you're going to die.
01:32The world is in English.
01:34The world is joined.
01:34The world is going to beppenenました.
01:34You're good.
