00:28Well, it's more than the waste of war. You know, if it was just the money, I'd be appalled and
00:33I'd be fighting against it. But it's the cruelty of this. I mean, these bombs have been dropping on Gaza.
00:40And right now in Gaza, 92% of the people in Gaza live in a tent or under plastic shelter.
00:50We've destroyed it with our bombs.
00:52And that Netanyahu policy that Trump has totally aided and embedded, that has got to end. We cannot be sending
00:5830,000 or 60,000, I can't remember which, 1,000 and 2,000 ton bombs over to Israel that
01:05they're going to drop on Gaza or on Lebanon, actually.
01:08And they've been doing a lot of things in Lebanon. So now we've got to oppose that. And I was
01:13one of the early people opposing the weapon transfers to Israel. I mean, obviously we're all appalled by October 7th.
01:20But what you saw was Netanyahu completely and utterly overreacting. And he did that with the full support of the
01:28United States. And actually, I criticized Biden initially for this.
01:33But now Trump is all in. And I'm seeing an enormous outpouring of opposition from Democrats, which I credit, by
01:43the way, to the engagement of the young people in our country, who just were not going to be part
01:49of that devastation in Gaza.
