00:03Thank you very much, Mr. President, Mr. Secretary-General, First Lady of the United States,
00:12distinguished delegates, ambassadors, and fellow leaders.
00:17It's my great honor to welcome the world to America as we celebrate 250 years of glorious freedom and independence.
00:26Two and a half centuries after the cause of liberty found its home on this continent,
00:33I can report to you with pride that America is back and our country is stronger today than ever before.
00:46Our economy is the envy of the world. Our military is the most powerful on earth.
00:51Our technology is second to none, and we are leading in virtually everything.
00:57Our energy is fueling the planet. America is rising. Our nation is growing. Our power is expanding.
01:04Our country is doing better than ever before. And our future is very, very bright.
01:11Since I took office, we have created more than one million new private sector jobs,
01:16and more Americans are working today by far than ever before.
01:22Last week, it was announced that the poverty rate has reached its lowest level in American history.
01:30We lifted 1.5 million Americans out of poverty last year alone. Another record.
01:37The African-American and Hispanic-American poverty rates are at all-time lows.
01:43Real household incomes for Americans have soared to the highest level in history,
01:5187,000 on average, surpassing the prior record that I set in my first term.
01:58From day one, my administration has worked to remove every single unnecessary regulation and obstacle
02:04to doing business in America. We passed the largest tax cuts in American history,
02:10and as a result, more money is being invested in the United States right now
02:15than has ever been invested in any nation anywhere in the world.
02:20U.S. stock markets have set 80 all-time records,
02:24and that's just in the last 12 months.
02:29We've secured commitments for $21 trillion in new investments from all over the planet,
02:35compared to less than $1 trillion in four years in the previous administration.
02:42Two years ago, our country was dead, and now we have the hottest country anywhere in the world.
02:49Before I took office, we had the worst and most dangerous border on Earth,
02:53and now we have the most secure border in American history.
02:56Nobody comes in unless they're invited, unless they have permission.
03:01In the past 16 months, zero illegal aliens have been admitted to the United States,
03:08and that's done by some very sophisticated people.
03:11It's not done by the Trump administration.
03:13Zero.
03:14As a result, last year we achieved the largest drop in violent crime ever recorded.
03:21The murder rate has plummeted to its lowest level in 125 years, since the year 1900.
03:28I sent our crime busters into Memphis, Tennessee, and New Orleans, Louisiana,
03:34and crime in each place went down over 80 percent, and it'll go down still further.
03:39More importantly, when I arrived on January 20th of last year in Washington, D.C.,
03:45it was riddled with crime, and now crime is down 87 percent, and we're going for 100.
03:53Tourism is, if you take a look, and I guess a lot of you have been there,
03:58tourism is thriving, restaurants are bustling, and people are proud of our nation's capital.
04:05They're proud like never before.
04:07We've invested more money in the United States military in the past 12 months than ever before,
04:13and this term, it'll be $1.5 trillion.
04:17We inherited a dark age of America from the previous administration,
04:22and we turned it into the golden age of America.
04:26The entire world is being lifted by the wealth, strength, spirit, and momentum
04:33of a newly energized and a very powerful United States of America.
04:38And just as we moved quickly to address problems we inherited at home,
04:43we have acted with decisiveness and speed to reshape the world stage
04:49and solve problems that have plagued us for far too long.
04:53Every leader in this room, and your great leaders, many great leaders,
04:57I know all of you very well,
05:00but they know that given only a short time to make this world better, safer,
05:06and more prosperous for our children, for the people on Earth,
05:09we have to take advantage of it.
05:11As president of the most extraordinary nation in history,
05:14I have no interest in leaving dangers to grow for another day.
05:19I do not believe in letting problems fester.
05:22They only become harder to solve.
05:24So while others have talked, I have acted.
05:28While others have spoken of peace, I have made peace.
05:32While others have ignored threats, I have confronted them.
05:38While others have talked of courage, America has shown it.
05:42While others have promised strength,
05:45I have used it to make America the most powerful country in the world.
05:49Working with many nations in this room,
05:52we are solving decades of intractable challenges,
05:56and we are settling years of unfinished business,
06:00and we're doing it well.
06:01There is no better example of a danger
06:04that was allowed to gather strength at the world's peril
06:07than the number one sponsor of terror,
06:11the Islamic Republic of Iran.
06:15For 51 years, the fanatical Iranian regime
06:19has ruled by bloodshed and mass murder,
06:23spreading death and carnage and chaos
06:26across the entire Middle East and beyond.
06:29They were the bully of the Middle East,
06:31but they are the bully no more.
06:33From the first day I entered the political arena,
06:37I've been unwavering.
06:38I will never allow Iran to have a nuclear weapon.
06:42Upon taking office last year,
06:45I immediately opened negotiations with Iran
06:47and offered them full economic cooperation
06:50in exchange for ending their nuclear program
06:53and support for terror, but they refused.
06:56They absolutely refused.
06:58That was a big mistake.
07:00Then, in Operation Midnight Hammer,
07:02the U.S. military obliterated their nuclear program
07:05beneath mountains of rubble.
07:07And again, I urged Iran to make a deal,
07:09and again, they refused.
07:12The regime continued building a vast missile
07:15and drone stockpile
07:16that threatened the security
07:18of every American service member in the region
07:20and everyone else in the region.
07:23They also made a missile
07:25that was capable of hitting Europe,
07:28and they were very proud of it.
07:29I hope the Europeans realized that.
07:32Iran's goal was to complete their mad dash
07:36to a nuclear bomb
07:38from behind this conventional ballistic missile shield.
07:41If they had succeeded,
07:44that wicked regime would have been free
07:46to spread terror and death forever,
07:48knowing that any attempt to stop them
07:51would face an arsenal of nuclear annihilation.
07:55In America, we just marked the 25th anniversary
07:58of the worst terror attack in history,
08:00September 11th,
08:01which killed 3,000 people just a few miles from here.
08:06It was an unbelievably terrible time.
08:09In two weeks, we will mark the third anniversary
08:12of the October 7th attack in Israel,
08:15where terrorists funded by Iran tortured,
08:18mutilated, and killed 1,200 very innocent civilians,
08:23including dozens of Americans and many babies.
08:27Babies.
08:28Little, tiny, beautiful babies.
08:30Iran's supreme leader celebrated that massacre
08:33and called it a service to humanity.
08:36The same regime slaughtered over 72,000 of its citizens this year.
08:42Recently, 10,000 were killed for protesting.
08:46Just imagine such a vile regime
08:50were ever empowered to carry out large-scale terror attacks
08:53from behind a nuclear shield.
08:56This was the reality we had to confront,
08:59a reality that far too many preferred to ignore.
09:02They all ignored it, many presidents and many others
09:06just wanted to ignore it.
09:07They were unwilling to do anything about it,
09:09but they knew the problem.
09:11After giving Iran every chance for a deal,
09:14I took action to ensure that neither the United States
09:17nor any nation in this whole
09:19would ever have to face such a nightmare,
09:22such a catastrophic problem.
09:25As a result of Operation Epic Fury,
09:29all 159 ships of their navy
09:32are now lying at the bottom of the sea.
09:35Likewise, their air force is gone.
09:37Their radar is gone.
09:39Their anti-aircraft equipment is gone.
09:42Their missiles and drone manufacturing capacity
09:45is almost gone.
09:46Their economy is gone.
09:48The only thing that isn't gone
09:50is inflation, which is destroying their country
09:53and is now well over 300%.
09:58Yet even after we agreed to a ceasefire
10:01for nuclear discussions,
10:02Iran promptly violated it
10:04with brazen acts of terrorism
10:06against civilian ships from other countries.
10:09I want to thank the UN Security Council
10:11for voting overwhelmingly to pass a resolution
10:15condemning Iran's despicable terrorist attacks
10:19on commercial shipping.
10:21Thank you very much.
10:23That resolution, I'm pleased to say,
10:26received more co-sponsors from UN member nations
10:29than any Security Council resolution in history.
10:34That's something.
10:35Now we must be equally united in maintaining pressure.
10:39The United States Navy has recently escorted
10:42more than one billion barrels of oil
10:44out of the Strait of Hormuz.
10:46And more oil is flowing
10:48than at any point since the start of the war.
10:51We're taking 22, 25, 30, 32, and 37 ships out,
10:57respectively, every single day, every single night.
11:01But I have a big decision to make.
11:05Will a deal be made with Iran
11:08that lets them rebuild and create
11:11a far greater country than it ever was before,
11:15maybe one of the greatest in the Middle East
11:18or even the world?
11:20Or do I annihilate the Islamic Republic
11:23and do it quickly,
11:25never giving them a chance
11:26to kill and destroy people and countries again?
11:31Do I drive them into hell with no chance of survival
11:35and no hope of future greatness or generations?
11:39But I believe we'll make a deal right after the election
11:44because it doesn't make sense for them not to.
11:47They're waiting to see how I do in the midterm election.
11:51What they don't realize is that I'm not running.
11:54I did that already and won in a landslide.
11:58We won in a giant landslide.
12:00And I'll be here for two and a half years.
12:03The Republican Party is running
12:05and I'll be helping them.
12:07But I am not running.
12:08I gave absolutely no credence
12:11and will not give credence to the election
12:14when it comes to Iran.
12:16It doesn't even enter my mind.
12:20The only thing that does
12:21is that Iran will never have
12:24a nuclear weapon.
12:26The cowards and traitors...

12:35The cowards and traitors would love to say
12:38the United States is low on munitions,
12:41but that's not true.
12:42We have more munitions
12:43than we could ever possibly even think of using.
12:48And we're building them at levels
12:49that we have never done before.
12:51We are adding to our stockpiles
12:54faster than we have ever been able to do before.
12:58Top of the line stuff.
13:01In addition, in the very near future,
13:03massive munition plants will be opening.
13:06There are 18 of them being built
13:09by the greatest defense companies in the world right now.
13:1318 under construction.
13:15Some of them very quickly will be completed.
13:17They're almost there.
13:19And that rapid construction
13:21will be leading to very rapid deployment
13:24of missiles of every type
13:26and ammunition of every type
13:28and we'll be able to supply our allies
13:31at a much faster rate
13:32than we're doing right now.
13:33I call on all nations to join us
13:37in enforcing the complete economic isolation of Iran
13:40until they stop their attacks on commercial shipping,
13:44relinquish their nuclear ambitions,
13:47and cease their support of terror.
13:50The terrorist regime is behaving badly,
13:54not because they are strong and confident,
13:57but because they are weak and desperate.
14:01If we stand united,
14:03we will soon see a world free
14:05of the last 51-year menace of Iranian terror
14:09and oil prices will come plummeting down
14:12even lower than they were at the start of the conflict.
14:16And they were very low.
14:17In the United States, they were really low.
14:20With courage and resolve, anything is possible.
14:24Big changes can happen and happen fast.
14:27One year ago, when I addressed the great leaders in this hall,
14:31the war in Gaza was still raging brutally.
14:34The hostages were still deep in Hamas tunnels
14:38and there was no end in sight.
14:40It was never going to be resolved.
14:42But here on the sidelines of the General Assembly,
14:46we took the first steps.
14:48It changed everything.
14:49A few weeks later, we ended the war in Gaza,
14:52saving untold thousands of lives.
14:55We also brought home all remaining hostages,
14:59both living and dead,
15:02every single one of them.
15:04Thank you.
15:07Thank you.
15:09Everyone thought it was a miracle
15:11that we were able to do so,
15:13and people celebrated in the streets.
15:15I want to express my gratitude
15:17to the United Nations Security Council
15:19for their unanimous endorsement
15:21of our 20-point Gaza peace plan
15:24and for officially approving the Board of Peace.
15:28It's going to be a very significant group of people.
15:31Nearly 30 countries have joined the board,
15:34which I am honored to chair.
15:37And we're thankful to many of those member nations
15:40for contributing billions and billions of dollars to relief.
15:44And it goes right to the rebuilding and relief
15:47of Morocco, Bahrain.
15:50These are the countries that gave Qatar, Kuwait,
15:53Kazakhstan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Uzbekistan,
15:57and many more.
15:59That money goes right to the source,
16:02right where they need it,
16:03and they desperately need it.
16:05And those countries have been very generous,
16:08and others also are stepping up
16:10at numbers that nobody would even believe
16:12because they want to see people live.
16:15They want to see the humanitarian thing happen properly.
16:19They've been fantastic.
16:20I also want to thank those who have committed troops,
16:24police, and training to help stabilize Gaza,
16:27including Indonesia, Morocco, Albania, Kosovo,
16:32Kazakhstan, Egypt, Jordan, and more.
16:37Since I took office, it has been my great honor
16:41to settle eight wars,
16:42and in so doing become friendly with the leaders
16:46of many of those countries.
16:48It was a great honor to do it.
16:51Numerous of these wars have gone on
16:52for many years and even decades.
16:55The reason I was able to make these settlements
16:58was the use of my relationships,
17:01very special relationships to this day.
17:04Very, very special.
17:05Trade, the use of tariffs,
17:08and the threat of tariffs,
17:09and various other reasons depending on the country.
17:12Among them, in terms of settlement,
17:16Cambodia and Thailand,
17:20Kosovo and Serbia,
17:23the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Rwanda,
17:28Pakistan and India,
17:31Armenia and Azerbaijan,
17:34and, of course, the war in Gaza,
17:36which, as I stated previously,
17:38includes the return of all hostages,
17:41both living and dead.
17:43Almost every one of these countries wrote me a letter of thank you.
17:47The Prime Minister of Pakistan,
17:49terrific man,
17:51said that Donald Trump was responsible
17:53for saving 30 million lives
17:55and probably many more than that.
17:58The President of Azerbaijan said
18:00President Trump in six months did a miracle.
18:03It was an absolute miracle
18:04that nobody thought could be done.
18:06The Prime Minister of Armenia said
18:09this breakthrough would simply not have been possible
18:12without President Trump's personal engagement
18:15and his resolute commitment to peace.
18:18The President of Cambodia stated
18:20President Trump's extraordinary statesmanship,
18:23marked by his commitment to resolving conflicts
18:26and preventing catastrophic wars
18:28through visionary, innovative diplomacy,
18:32was most recently demonstrated
18:34in his decisive role
18:36in brokering an immediate
18:37and unconditional ceasefire and peace.
18:41This timely intervention,
18:42which averted a potentially devastating conflict,
18:45was vital in preventing a great loss of lives
18:49and paved the way towards the restoration of peace.
18:54The President of Rwanda said
18:56when President Trump saw the opportunity
18:58to contribute to peace,
19:00he immediately took it.
19:01This conflict has lasted for 32 years.
19:05Millions and millions of people have died.
19:09We got it settled.
19:11We've seen countless mediations and efforts,
19:14but none has succeeded
19:15in resolving the underlying issues.
19:18President Donald Trump issued a new
19:21and effective statement
19:23that really has brought great peace and space
19:28through really a breakthrough
19:31that we thought was impossible.
19:34We're working very closely
19:35with the leaders of Russia and Ukraine,
19:38and we will get that one done.
19:40It's going to happen, I think,
19:42more quickly than people understand.
19:45They've had it.
19:47Twenty-five thousand young people,
19:50mostly soldiers, a month are dying.
19:52Twenty-five thousand a month.
19:54And I look at those battlefield pictures,
19:55and I really don't want to see them anymore.
19:58It's so horrible to see.
19:59Twenty-five thousand a month, both sides.
20:03In addition, the United States and Iran
20:05will definitely get it done.
20:07We will get it done.
20:08One way or the other, it's going to be done.
20:09It's going to be done fast.
20:11A lot has happened since we last gathered here
20:14one year ago.
20:16In January, at my direction,
20:18the United States military conducted
20:20a massive military operation
20:23penetrating deep into the Venezuelan capital, Caracas.
20:29Descended on a heavily defended
20:31and fortified military base,
20:33one that was supposed to be flawless against attack,
20:38and arrested the outlaw, dictator,
20:42real criminal, Nicolas Maduro.
20:45Since that day, hundreds of Venezuelan
20:48political prisoners have been freed.
20:50They've let them out of jails.
20:52And we're working closely with the leaders of Venezuela
20:55to forge a much better future for the Venezuelan people.
20:59Last month, we signed the largest oil deal in history,
21:03covering 65 billion barrels of oil,
21:06which will benefit both Venezuela
21:09and the United States enormously
21:10and help drive down the cost of energy
21:12all over the world.
21:13And that is starting to perk right now.
21:17It's coming out.
21:18The biggest oil companies in the world are going in.
21:21And the numbers are absolutely incredible.
21:25When you add the United States and Venezuela together,
21:28we have more than 60 percent of the oil in the world.
21:31So it's perhaps the biggest deal.
21:35It was a war, but it's perhaps the biggest deal ever made.
21:40To the victor belong the spoils.
21:43You've all heard that.
21:44Our actions in Venezuela are proof
21:46that the United States will no longer permit threats to America
21:50to gain a foothold anywhere in the Western Hemisphere.
21:53And if necessary, we will use our unmatched military might
21:59to secure the vital national interests of the United States.
22:03As you know, Venezuela had the finest equipment in the world
22:06from other countries.
22:07And guess what?
22:07It didn't work.
22:09It didn't even come close to working.
22:11For decades, other administrations allowed much of this region
22:15to be dominated by vicious gangs
22:17and bloodthirsty drug cartels destabilized
22:20by uncontrolled migration
22:22and infiltrated by hostile foreign adversaries.
22:29Foreign, sick, demented adversaries.
22:34But not anymore.
22:35We are reasserting American power,
22:38including American military power where necessary.
22:41In our region and around the world
22:43to create a safer future for all of us.
22:47It's happening, and it's happening quickly.
22:49Upon taking office,
22:50I designated the drug cartels
22:53as foreign terrorist organizations
22:56and unleashed the United States Armed Forces
23:00to eliminate them.
23:02The cartels are the ISIS of the Western Hemisphere.
23:07Not good people.
23:09They're enemies at war with civilization,
23:13using murder, rape, torture, and extortion
23:15as instruments of terror.
23:17Like ISIS, they should be killed, exiled,
23:21or detained as enemy combatants
23:23without the possibility of release,
23:25which is what we're doing.
23:26To that end, the United States has carried out
23:28dozens of strikes on cartel drug boats,
23:31destroying 97 percent of the drugs
23:35coming into the ocean and sea.
23:38You've seen it.
23:40They disappear very quickly, and we're down 90 percent.
23:44They're down 97 percent.
23:46Nobody thought that was possible.
23:48It was a big source of delivery.
23:51And three months ago, we terminated the leader
23:53of the Venezuelan gang, Tren de Aragua.
23:57Mexico is the epicenter of the cartel violence, unfortunately.
24:01It's unacceptable for the United States
24:04to share a 2,000-mile border
24:06with a territory controlled by enemy cartels.
24:10So Mexico must reclaim control of its soil
24:13from the enemies of humanity.
24:15My administration is also seeking a fundamental change
24:19in the situation in Cuba,
24:21where the communist regime is under great pressure,
24:24the biggest pressure they've ever been under.
24:26It's an absolutely failed state.
24:31It's failing like never before, and it will fall.
24:35Marco Rubio is handling a negotiation.
24:38He's deep into negotiations with Cuba.
24:40Let's see what happens.
24:41We'll not allow a haven for foreign adversaries
24:45to threaten America on our own doorstep.
24:49It's right at our doorstep.
24:50The Cuban regime has also spent decades coordinating
24:54with the left-wing radicals and communist networks
24:56here in the United States.
24:59As our State Department has detailed,
25:02they've cultivated ties to subversive and radical groups
25:05such as the Communist Party USA, Antifa,
25:09and the Democrat Socialists of America.
25:12Communism will never be coming to America,
25:15but freedom will be coming to Cuba,
25:18and safety and security will be coming to Mexico.
25:21I'm very proud to tell you we have a very good relationship
25:24with the Mexican government.
25:26We've made great strides, very great strides with Mexico.
25:29They don't want the cartels either.
25:32And when that day comes, this entire region will be a better,
25:36safer, and more beautiful place in which to live and thrive.
25:40As I announced just days ago,
25:43the United States has also reached an unprecedented agreement
25:47regarding the northern frontier of North America,
25:50the large and strategically vital piece of land known as Greenland.
25:55This agreement made with the Kingdom of Denmark,
25:59an incredible, beautiful country,
26:01and the Greenland people itself
26:04gives the United States permanent control over security
26:08and all other needs on that territory.
26:09We will have the complete ability to do what is necessary
26:14to defend the American continent
26:17and also Europe and other places.
26:19No U.S. adversary will ever be permitted
26:23to establish a military presence in Greenland anymore
26:26or make sensitive investments there
26:28without our express written approval.
26:30We will immediately begin the process
26:33of developing a large military presence
26:35in the appropriate locations.
26:38We will be building two very major military bases.
26:43This agreement will be signed later today,
26:46and I look forward to working
26:48with the wonderful people of Denmark and Greenland.
26:52It's been a great experience, amazing experience,
26:55and we've really formed a bond in doing it.
26:58By expanding America's footprint
27:00in the Arctic and North Atlantic,
27:02this deal also protects Europe
27:04in addition to America
27:06and greatly protects them.
27:08It also very much enhances NATO
27:12with who has a great leader.
27:14And Mark, I know you're in the audience,
27:16and you are indeed a great leader, Mark Ruta,
27:20which is now growing stronger than ever before.
27:24NATO is doing things that nobody thought
27:26they would be able to do,
27:27including raising their number to 5% from 2%,
27:30a number that's a protection.
27:33That's going to be much greater protection for them.
27:36We continue to seek and end the disastrous war
27:40between Russia and Ukraine,
27:42which is killing, as I said,
27:45thousands and thousands of people every month.
27:48Last week, in honor of Senator Lindsey Graham,
27:51I signed a powerful new law passed by Congress
27:54providing me with enormous new tariff authorities,
27:57and, if necessary, I will have to use them.
28:00It's time to stop the killing.
28:02I also want to recognize the extraordinary work
28:05of our great First Lady,
28:08who has secured the safe return
28:09of many displaced Ukrainian and Russian children
28:12back home to their families.
28:14So many.
28:15Thank you very much, First Lady.

28:28Thank you very much, First Lady.
28:31Great job.
28:32She worked so hard on it.
28:33This year, she also became the only First Lady in history
28:37to preside over a meeting of the U.N. Security Council,
28:41and she did it very well.
28:43And today, she's hosting a gathering
28:44of Fostering the Future Together,
28:47which has nearly 60 members
28:49to help improve the lives of young people all over the world.
28:53So, Melania, thank you very much.
28:55Great job.
28:56Great job you're doing.
28:58Led by Ambassador Michael Walz here at the United Nations,
29:02we have also worked with many countries in this room
29:05to implement the most sweeping U.N. reforms in history.
29:09We cut the U.N. budget for the first time ever,
29:13slashing it by 15 percent in 2026
29:16that eliminated more than 4,000 positions from the U.N. bureaucracy.
29:21The United Nations has great, great potential.
29:24I've said that for many years.
29:25But it must stop imposing the far-left agenda
29:28of globalist bureaucrats who nobody ever elected.
29:32Last year, my administration was forced to intervene
29:35to stop an obscure U.N. body,
29:38the International Maritime Organization,
29:42from secretly establishing a first-ever global carbon tax,
29:47a very expensive tax,
29:48to raise international shipping costs by 10 to 20 percent,
29:53and maybe more than that.
29:55There is no global government.
29:57And while I'm president,
29:58there will be no global taxes.
30:01The United States is equally opposed
30:04to the out-of-control institution
30:14known as the International Criminal Court.
30:18We will never allow U.S. service members
30:20or anyone else to be investigated
30:22or given show trials by an anti-American tribunal
30:26with no jurisdiction over us.
30:28They're an evil group of people.
30:30I call on all nations that are members of the ICC
30:34to officially resign from this rogue institution immediately.
30:38It is equally unacceptable
30:40that with all the genuine atrocities in the world,
30:43the U.N.'s top human rights officials
30:46spend their time criticizing the United States
30:48for protecting our children
30:49from transgender mutilization and transgender insanity
30:56and enforcing our immigration laws.
31:00What they do is unbelievable, what they do.
31:03It's transgender mutilization of our children.
31:07The craven hypocrites of Human Rights Council
31:11have little to say about the persecution of Christians.
31:15I mean, Christians are being persecuted all over the world.
31:18It's not even believable.
31:19I never thought I'd say it,
31:20but it's been happening for a long time.
31:23So this is persecution of Christians
31:26who are the crimes of the world's most repressive regimes.
31:30Yet they want America to open up our borders
31:32to gangs and criminals from world's most dangerous places.
31:36They want the worst people to come in
31:39from the worst places on Earth.
31:40And we don't do it anymore.
31:42We did do it, but we don't do that anymore.
31:45It is deeply ironic that the United Nations
31:48has an entire institution,
31:50the UNESCO group of people and countries,
31:55devoted to protecting cultural heritage.
31:58Yet with their ceaseless promotion of mass migration,
32:01these globalists are actively destroying the greatest cultures
32:05and most extraordinary heritage in all of history.
32:08There is no human right to illegal immigration,
32:12but there is a right to remain a sovereign nation.
32:16And we want to remain a sovereign nation.
32:18And so should you.
32:20The United States also totally rejects any attempt
32:23to construct a globalist scheme to control
32:26for the artificial intelligence,
32:29being spoken of so much now,
32:32here and after officially called superintelligence,
32:36changing the name,
32:37and that the use of the word artificial makes intelligence fake.
32:42It makes it sound fake and it is not fake.
32:44It's actually amazing, but we have to be careful.
32:49In fact, it is exactly the opposite of what it purports.
32:54From this point forward, all of United States documents
32:58and hopefully the world's will be changed
33:00to use the much more accurate term super,
33:04as opposed to artificial.
33:05So it's super intelligence.
33:09In other words, welcome to the new world
33:12of super intelligence dash SI.
33:16SI.
33:16Let's see if that goes.
33:18It sounds much better.
33:19It is much better and it's much more accurate.
33:22Let's see if I have any power.
33:24Maybe I do and maybe I don't.
33:26We're going to find out pretty soon.
33:27Super intelligence.
33:29Every major new technology brings challenges and super intelligence is no exception.
33:36Yet the very same people who said we'll all be dead in 12 years because of global warming.
33:41And they've since reborn to climate change because the planet was cooling, not warming.
33:46And nobody was dead.
33:49These are the same people that are now saying that AI is going to kill us all,
33:53that robots are going to attack us, and that everything is going to be a total disaster.
33:57The same group of people.
33:59This is the group that came up with the Russia-Russia-Russia hoax, the Ukraine-Ukraine-Ukraine hoax,
34:10climate change, open borders.
34:14Whoever wins AI, you have to remember this.
34:17And now I say, whoever wins SI, whoever wins super intelligent, wins.
34:25That's the group that wins.
34:27And we're leading now over China by a lot and everyone else.
34:31And we're going to keep it that way.
34:33We're going to keep it very, very straight and very strong.
34:37I'm not going to stifle growth of something that will be bigger than the industrial revolution.
34:42Many say bigger than the industrial revolution or the internet itself.
34:47And we will be very careful.
34:49And that's why we have a Department of Justice that we've already used it,
34:53having to do with this very subject, and used it very powerfully.
34:57Everything worked out very well and very quickly.
35:00And other law enforcement bodies that will rein things in if we have to do that.
35:06But we will only encourage super intelligence.
35:10We're going to encourage it, not rein it in.
35:13We're going to watch it closely through the Department of Justice.
35:16The United States leads the world in super intelligence,
35:20and will continue to do so safely and responsibly.
35:24Americans have never been a nation that retreats from a frontier
35:27or shrinks from a challenge, no matter how great
35:31or how daunting that challenge may be.
35:34Freedom was not a gift that Americans won easily after 250 years.
35:39And it is not one that we will ever, ever, ever surrender.
35:44It was right here in New York City that George Washington ordered
35:48the Declaration of Independence read to his troops in 1776.
35:54As they listened to those immortal words for the first time,
35:57the patriots could see across the waters of New York Harbor
36:01to a British invasion fleet, more than 100 ships strong,
36:06which had just arrived to crush the cause of liberty.
36:10Thousands of soldiers getting off those ships.
36:13Nobody stood a chance, but we won, and we won decisively.
36:17Those first Americans knew that it is not
36:20enough merely to believe in great principles.
36:23We must also have the will and the courage and the strength
36:26to defend them as we gather in this same city
36:31two and a half centuries later to discuss the great events of our time.
36:35That is the challenge for every nation in this room.
36:41If we go forward strong and united against the enemies of all humanity,
36:46if we reject the voices who would have us give in to fear and doubt,
36:51if we refuse to shrink from our duties to our people,
36:57then together, through bold action,
36:59we will make this world far safer and a far better place.
37:03We will leave our nations far stronger.
37:07We will grow our economies far bigger.
37:10And we will not just speak of peace, prosperity, and justice here
37:15at the United Nations.
37:17We will stand for them all over the world.
37:20Together, we will build a future for a people that is brighter,
37:24more hopeful, and more magnificent than ever before.
