00:28The agreement reportedly gives the U.S. authority over sensitive foreign investments but does

00:36Critical metals is developing the Tanbreeze Rare Earth project, while real-oys holds an
00:40off-take agreement for 15 percent of its output.
00:43The pact is expected to be signed this week during the United Nations General Assembly.
