00:14halftime and some of his comments after the game, I thought were pretty critical of the quarterback.
00:18And I thought my translation of that was our quarterback has to be more decisive and stop taking sacks when
00:24there are open players.
00:25He at least has to give them a chance to throw a few guys open.
00:28Some of the pressure is on the line, but when I say the entire offense, I really mean our quarterback.
00:33I just don't want to blatantly throw him under the bus.

00:40So here I am on Drake May after watching the film, and I'm not sure I've had this feeling before,
00:48but I thought watching the film in the course of watching the film, I felt a little bit better about
00:54Drake May.
00:55But then I looked at my sheet at the end of the game, and he had the worst grade I've
01:01ever given him in a game.
01:03And, but I do think, I think there were, I think largely, I thought this was an improvement on the
01:11Seattle game.
01:11I thought he did make some plays in this game, especially throws facing pressure, which there was a lot of
01:18in this game.
01:20But, you know, most of his negative plays, to me, have to do with his pocket manipulation and timing.
01:29Like, I think last year that was a strength for him in terms of climbing the pocket, when to leave,
01:36you know, when not to leave.
01:37I thought that was one of his strengths last year, and I think through two games, and again, it's early,
01:43and let's also remember that through three games, like Drake played poorly against the Raiders in the opener, played great
01:50down in Miami against the Dolphins, played poorly in the loss to the Steelers at home.
01:57So, he's, I think we can say at least through two seasons, and I don't even count his rookie year,
02:02through two seasons, he is a slow starter.
02:05And I think that, you know, through two games, his timing, you know, there are some times where he's waiting
02:14too long to throw the ball.
02:15There are times where he's bailing too early out of the pocket.
02:19There are times when he's not leaving the pocket where he should.
02:24He has better options.
02:26I do think, you know, the first Romeo Dobbs play, that was Drake May from last year.
02:30He moved up, then he moved right out of the pocket between two Steelers, got out there, made a throw
02:36on the run.
02:36That was, you know, Drake May to Stephon Diggs against the Bills.
