09:55You know, he says, well, we're going to stop the work.
09:57And we were going back and forth for about six months.
10:00And our family told us, what do you, what do you guys want?
10:03He goes, we want you to take out all the, the siding, brace the house outside and then put the
10:08siding back up.
10:10So we have to do it, if not, they weren't going to give us anything.
10:16And then after that, you know, after that, it's like, um, we found out about the issue with the,
10:20uh, with the AC and, um, we, we got it fixed and then nobody wanted to do the work.
10:28We, we just, and then COVID hit, nobody wanted to do work anyway.
10:33So we ended up doing it ourselves.

11:15I mean, the air handler and we have the AC unit out there.

12:12and then we went and, uh, we, uh, we reconnect all the, uh, utilities.
12:17I mean, just the water.
12:18And then they go, well, you've been paying for this for this long.
12:21We've paid this for almost three years.
12:23And I said, but we never got them.
12:25And he says, well, they should have given them to you.
12:27He says, well, the lady who was here told me that as long as,
12:29if we are not actually living there, they're not going to give it to us.
12:33And she goes, well, you've been paying for it.
12:34I said, that was my discussion with her.
12:36We also said, can we get a refund?
12:38And she called and says, no, once you pay, you're not.
12:42What's the money from you, but you can't take it back?
12:44So for three years, we've been paying like, I think it was like $14 a month.
12:48I think it is, or $13 or $28 a month for three years.
