00:09her to pay 67.5 million ringgit to Lebanese jewellery firm Global Royalty Trading .
00:17The panel, chaired by Justice Datuk Seri Mohamed Firoz Jafril, noted Rosmah had not appealed the earlier conditional stay or
00:25sought more time, but filed this fresh motion instead.
00:28For no other reasons, we dismissed this motion, he said.
00:32The court also ordered Rosmah to pay 30,000 ringgit in costs.
00:36Justices Datuk Amarjeet Singh and Datuk Aliza Suleiman completed the three-member bench.
00:41Rosmah's lawyer Reza Rahim told the court his client only sought a stay for six months, pending the appeal on
00:48the judgment sum fixed for March 25, 2027.
00:52Under questioning, Reza admitted Rosmah had not complied with the earlier conditional stay order.
00:58The plaintiff's counsel, Datuk David Gurupatam, opposed the application, pointing to Rosmah's affidavit, claiming she has just 20 ringgit in
01:06a dormant bank account.
01:08He said, unless she is living on air and the goodwill of people, that account cannot be accepted as evidence.
