01:06hour over the speed limit on State Highway 104 in Kingston just before 1130 p.m. on Monday, September 21st.
01:13Instead of pulling over, the driver took off, hitting speeds of 111 miles per hour as he wound through North
01:21Kitsap County trying to elude the deputy.
01:24At one point, the deputy lost sight of the suspect vehicle, then seconds later came upon tire marks in the
