00:00Chief Axel Henry is now suing Mayor Cully Herr over many of the claims the mayor was recently cleared of
00:05in an internal investigation.
00:07The complaint includes new claims of sexual harassment, vulgar innuendo, and inappropriate touching.
00:13It also alleges Herr invited Henry out on a Saturday night saying her marriage was in trouble
00:18and showed up unexpectedly at a golf simulator where Henry was taking free time.

00:30We are just seeing somebody that frankly is at best odd and at worst unhinged and I think it's just
00:38going to get worse.
00:38In a statement, Herr's office says the city does not comment on active litigation
00:42and that an independent investigation did not substantiate claims of sexual harassment or retaliation against any city employee.
00:50It says the mayor will continue to lead St. Paul and follow the recommendations of the report.
