00:01That hasn't been discussed. I mean, look, the president of the United States, this president, is willing to engage and
00:06meet with virtually anyone.
00:07His view of the world, which I think, you know, maybe from a traditional political standpoint people don't understand it,
00:12but I do, coming from the world he comes from.
00:13He's a businessman who relies more on common sense than he does on political orthodoxy, is if you only meet
00:19with people that you agree with, then, you know, these are very nice meetings, but nothing happens.
00:23In order to solve problems, you have to meet with people that you disagree with or the people that you
00:27might have some issues with.
00:28So we've invited President Putin to the G20. We think it's an opportunity for him to engage, not just with
00:34the president, but with other world leaders.
00:35We hope that's an invitation he'll accept. There's an opportunity in December if that happens.
00:40If there's another opportunity for them to meet, and there's a purpose behind the meeting, that would be good.
00:47They've had conversations on the phone, numerous now. I don't know the number, but since the president's come into office,
00:52I think at least a dozen times they have spoken.
00:55So, yeah, we'll remain open to engaging.
00:58Obviously, the ideal would be a meeting in which there will be a result, an outcome, and a lot of
01:03that means there has to be a lot of work that goes into it beforehand.
01:06But if not, maybe if President Putin attends the G20 in December, that will certainly be an opportunity for them
01:12to interact and talk.
