00:12:26bride price back.
00:12:30So he headed off to Bethlehem. After four months of separation, the low eight now presented in the
00:12:37text as her husband, went to pursue her, speaking from the heart to her so that she might return to
00:12:47him. And we're told that he arrived with a Naar, which would be a loud and agitating man and a
00:12:55pair of
00:12:56glasses. And that the former polygamous partner invited the Lowry into her father's home. And that
00:13:09considerable fanfare transpired thereafter. So delighted with his daughter's role as a paramour with this

00:14:32Of course, Jebus was the town of the Jebusites. So there you go. But the Lowry, concerned over the
00:14:40reaction that they might receive in Jebus, pushed on hopes of reading, reaching the Israeli town of
00:14:49Geba'ah, sometimes just pronounced Geba. But the vowel sound of the Ein and the He conclude the
00:15:01word. So it is a double rendering of that vowel sound. Of no surprise, we find. So they crossed over

00:15:12they passed through. Walking as the sun was going down in the vicinity of Jeba, the exalted and arrogant

00:15:31It wasn't perchance that Yeshayah picked up on the inclusion of Abar, such that it was included twice
00:15:41in his reference to Geba. Remember, he had crossing over and passing through and Passover, the root of Passover,
00:15:52Passover, Pesach is Abar. He had it twice in his prophetic portrayal of what's going to happen on Teruah.
00:16:00Well, guess what? It's found right here. And Yeshayah is just that way. He is a student of everything
00:16:08everyone has ever written. He makes the connections. He revels in them. And so when you see these kinds of
00:16:14things, you can say, yep, he intended for us to go here. It was a clue that he established.
00:16:22Similarly, Isaiah recognized that the demon-possessed and Torah-averse King Saul, who served as a human
00:16:31prophecy to condemn the Christian Shaul Paul, was a Benjamite. So this is being told as an indictment of
00:16:42Benjamin, because the worst man who ever lived, the wannabe apostle Paul, was a Benjamite.
00:16:52And as the wolf and sheep's clothing, that Paul, that Benjamite, according to God, and Chabaok is the
00:17:01plague of death. So all of this played out in the bright glare of Geba and the prominence and the
00:17:11arrogance of the two men named Shaul, the king and the wannabe apostle. Now, added to these

00:18:17the king that betrayed Israel, betrayed God, and there is no Christianity with the Benjamite,
00:18:25Paul. Think of the souls and the fate of Israelites, had there been no Christianity.
00:18:32So as it reads here, they turned aside and there they went to dwell, remaining to spend the night
00:18:40in Yebaah, the exalted and arrogant one. They went to and sat down in an open public area
00:18:49of the town, because no one would bring them into their home to dwell, spending the night.
00:18:56You know how the Christian lie of there was no place for the baby Jesus, and they had to be
00:19:05born in a manger.
00:19:08Yeah, I can tell you that Shaul, with his rabbinic training, was aware of this.

01:14:05That.
01:14:07Scum.
01:14:08Of scum.
01:14:09A worm.
01:14:12A maggot.
01:14:13Of a man.
01:14:17It's extraordinary.
01:14:19Even more extraordinary.

01:14:22God makes it quite clear.
01:14:24That he's going to resolve.
01:14:26The maggot nature.
01:14:28Of.
01:14:29Jacob.
01:14:30And the children.
01:14:31Of Israel.
01:14:32By restoring the birthright.
01:14:35Of Esau.
01:14:37Who Yahweh.
01:14:38Named.
01:14:39Edom.
01:14:40On behalf of his son.
01:14:42Adam.
01:14:45And.
01:14:46How the man from Edom.
01:14:47Would ultimately resolve this.
01:14:49And throw that very toe along.
01:14:51The grub.
01:14:52That.
01:14:53Yahweh used.
01:14:54To describe.
01:14:55The scum.
01:14:56That.
01:14:57Jacob.
01:14:58Had become.
01:14:59Into the fire.
01:15:01To make Jacob lovable again.
01:15:07This.
01:15:08Story.
01:15:09Is in that story.
01:15:10Is it not.
01:15:11That is the story.
01:15:15And it takes.
01:15:18Love.
01:15:19Beyond.
01:15:20Human.
01:15:21Comprehension.
01:15:23To put up with.
01:15:25People.
01:15:26This.
01:15:26Reprehensible.
01:15:29For this long.
01:15:32As God has done.
01:15:34With absolutely no encouragement from them.
01:15:39Anywhere along the way.
01:15:44God wants us to ponder this story.
01:15:46And so we have.
01:15:48And so I leave you this evening.

01:15:52And black sky.
