00:20uh at their at their pace and it's easier said than done but it's down to us to try and

00:26that and try and uh yeah i guess showcase our our skill set tomorrow especially being at home
00:33but yeah from jude and and's point of view uh i think for them yeah they've got their england hat
00:38on now english and they're focused on um yeah trying to win the game tomorrow

00:50about the younger players or the newest newer players to the squad and how do you approach
00:55their integration into the squad and thomas just mentioned as well your own goals obviously within
01:00the league and wanting to get to the quarter finals you know at best well at minimum but hopefully more
01:05than that at best um so yeah how do you balance the integration of i guess the more inexperienced
01:10coming from someone who's experiences yourself how do you balance making sure that the younger players
01:15can also be nurtured in the best way whilst also making sure that we're getting the results that we need
01:19yeah i think it's been a big strength of ours to be honest i think um any new player or
01:25any player
01:25who maybe hasn't been here for a while coming back in the into the team has uh felt like they
01:29can be
01:30themselves right away i think that's important whatever they've done at club level to get here
01:34is what they should continue to do they don't have to change um anything to other than being themselves
01:40uh the way the way from an experience point of view i think we like to to showcase it is
01:45to lead by
01:46example um you know there's a lot of us still here that was that in in the world cup in
01:51the summer and
01:51the way we train the way we approach games um i think it's a vital part of that uh from
01:57an outside
01:58point of view is to be yourself and be relaxed and enjoy each other's company and get to know one
02:02another
02:02on the pitch is to work hard and drive standards and push each other um and then take that take
02:08that
02:08into the game so um yeah i think everyone any young or new players coming in uh i'd like to
02:15think they
02:15feel comfortable and able to be themselves and and feel free and ultimately as long as you're doing
02:21what you need to do on the pitch and work hard then you know you're not going to have no
02:25issues here

02:33hi aaron slightly more light-hearted um wonderwall was the soundtrack to your summer at the world cup
02:41and obviously all the indian fans loved it since then oasis have announced a tour for next summer
02:47lots of fans are trying to get ticket codes and scramble for that i'm sure you don't have to get
02:51involved in that but i did wonder whether i i mean i don't know what your plans are for next
02:56summer but
02:57whether you'll try to get the lads together and maybe go as a group to one of the oasis shows

03:20even for me it would be would be pretty cool but um i haven't spoke about it yet but for

03:25it's on the radar hopefully we have a successful year and summer and then maybe we can celebrate
