00:29They're explicitly encouraging a free, open-iron ecosystem while allowing pure voluntary donation and that we don't grant any item

00:38Now, Chinese were the first region to ban boosters for top 1% and 0.1%, and now they're the
00:45first region to ban people selling UIs, in a sense, or like paid add-ons.
