पश्चिम बंगाल में अडानी ग्रुप ने 2035 तक 1 लाख करोड़ रुपये से अधिक के निवेश का बड़ा रोडमैप पेश किया है। कोलकाता के न्यू टाउन में ‘अडानी आरोग्य मंदिर’ की आधारशिला के साथ इस मेगा प्लान की शुरुआत हुई। 4,000 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की लागत वाले इस नॉन-प्रॉफिट हेल्थकेयर प्रोजेक्ट में 2,000 बेड होंगे, जिनमें 1,000 बेड आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्गों के लिए आरक्षित रखने की योजना है। अस्पताल के साथ मेडिकल कॉलेज, रिसर्च सेंटर और आधुनिक स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं भी विकसित की जाएंगी।

The Adani Group has unveiled a major investment roadmap of over Rs 1 lakh crore in West Bengal by 2035. The mega plan began with the foundation stone laying of ‘Adani Arogya Mandir’ in New Town, Kolkata. With an investment of over Rs 4,000 crore, the non-profit healthcare project will have 2,000 beds, including 1,000 beds planned to be reserved for economically weaker sections. The project will also include a medical college, research centre and advanced healthcare facilities.
The proposed investment by the Adani Group will span multiple sectors, including ports, logistics, power, transport infrastructure, green cement, hyperscale data centres, healthcare and medical education. The group has also announced plans to support the restoration of Writers’ Building and the development of Kumartuli Ghat and the Durga Puja ecosystem.
