00:00Hey, what's up, y'all? This is Tony Harvin, and I'm here to show you how to look up
00:03Donnie McClurkin's case, right? This is not from no third-party website.
00:09This is directly from the New York State court system, right? This is public record.
00:14Public records, where as though you can search up individuals' court cases and stuff like that,
00:19right? And you can view the information, the complaint, the summons, and things of that nature.
00:25So what you want to do, and I had to put it on, you know, dailymotion.com or rubble.com
00:29because sometimes YouTube could be fishy about certain things like this that you put up on
00:34YouTube. Some people do, but I just wanted to put it up on a different, like, video sharing platform
00:41so you guys can check it out, right? So what you want to do is type in NY court case
00:46lookup,
00:47or you could type in New York court case lookup, right? And what I did was I clicked e-courts,
00:53New York courts right here, scroll down a bit, and I went to, you want to go to Web Civil
01:01Supreme,
01:02right? Web Civil Supreme, you click party search. So what I did was I went to Donnie McClurkin's,
01:09you know, to the search bar on Google, type Donnie McClurkin case, right, in the search bar,
01:16and I got the plaintiff's name. So this is the plaintiff's name right here. I don't know how
01:21to pronounce it. I don't know how to pronounce that name, excuse me, but I copied it, right? So,
01:28and I paste the name right here as the plaintiff. So I click enter, and this comes up right here,
01:37right? This comes up. Who's, who is the defendant? Let's, you know, zoom in right here. What does that
01:43say? That says Donald A. McClurkin Jr., right? So I click this right here, right? I scroll down,
01:55and it gives you certain details and information on this, right? So I click show e-file documents,
02:03or y'all can click whatever you want on here to see certain information, right? So this is what I'm
02:10going to be reading just a bit on my YouTube, right? If I have not put it up yet, or
02:16if I have
02:17put it up, I'm coming from this area right here, summons plus complaint, right? So this was a file
02:24of this year, this year, January the 2nd, 2026. And this case is still going on, right? It is still
02:33going on to this day, right? So this is the complaint right here. Look how long this complaint
02:40is. So I'm going to be reading some of the details, uh, on here, right? And, um, let me scroll
02:49through. Hmm. Wow. You know, I'm just now seeing that, uh, screenshot right there. Wow. So y'all can go
03:00check this out. Hmm. Y'all can go check this out. The details, the information, uh, I think the,
03:07uh, excuse me, the plaintiff got some type of evidence also in here. Hmm. And I'm pretty sure
03:14he got more evidence, right? That's not up here. I guess that's for the case later on down the road.
03:19I believe they're trying to proceed it in, uh, 2027 or whatever, right? So this is the actual case
03:29details, right? That's going on in the state of New York. Once again, this is not from a third
03:35party, right? This is not defamation of character. This is nothing made up. This is not a lie or
03:41anything like that. This is real facts, public record from the New York state court system that
03:49allows access to the public, right? We can view that and we could talk about it. So if y'all
03:55want to go
03:55check it out, check it out. Here it is right here. I'm out.
