This condition is called *Chili Leaf Curl Virus / Mosaic Virus.* It is a very common disease in chili crops.
*Cause:* It is spread by sucking insects like Whitefly and Thrips.
*What to do:*
1. Remove and destroy the highly infected leaves.
2. Spray insecticide for whitefly - like Imidacloprid or Acetamiprid. You can show this picture to your local agriculture store.
3. For prevention, spray neem oil spray every 8-10 days on healthy plants.
