00:00Russia could be preparing more sabotage attacks in Europe.
00:04That's according to the European Union's foreign policy chief, Kaya Kalas,
00:07based on recent intelligence obtained by the bloc.
00:11Kalas did not give further details, but says that the threat is part of a broader effort to intimidate Europeans
00:18and push them to question their support for Ukraine.
00:21We need to be vigilant because we see in the intelligence that Russia is planning more sabotage acts
00:28and actually attacks against our democracy to divide our society,
00:33to intimidate our societies from refraining to help Ukraine.
00:38So this is something that they have in mind.
00:43And we have to keep this in mind as well to be standing up to these threats.
00:49Also, when we have intelligence to be already able to react before these attacks actually take in place.
00:58And despite those warnings, the EU is moving ahead with more support for Ukraine.
01:03Member states have agreed to release 6.6 billion euros from a fund
01:07that helps cover the cost of military aid already provided to Kyiv.
01:11Part of the money will also go towards joint weapons procurement and training for Ukrainian forces.
