Heavy wind at sunrise as Hurricane Polo approaches Mexico's Pacific coast
Heavy winds hit the touristic town of Puerto San Carlos in Baja California state as Hurricane Polo approaches the Mexican Pacific coast. The storm is expected to make landfall as a Category 3 hurricane, that can cause destruction and floods.
