01:05It's a massive safety hazard because we're often parking further and further away from where we're trying to get to.
01:13In low light, it's very difficult for Imogen to navigate pavements.
01:18She uses a white cane, but it's very, very difficult for her to get around, so accessible parking is really,
01:26really important, not just for families like us, but others that have accessibility issues as well.
01:32And this was something that was really, really frustrating because we're trying our best to go and have a nice
01:37family day out, and it just wasn't accessible to everyone.
01:40Blue Bay took Nick six months to develop, and he's now encouraging people across the county to join.
