00:00Milan fashion week has arrived. These are some of the best street style trends I've spotted so far. The first
00:04trend I've noticed in Milan is that skirts are getting really gousy right now. So we're seeing this come through
00:08in a few different ways. In some instances it's like completely sheer skirts, styled with tights. In some instances it's
00:14opaque skirts but then they've got a tulle overlay. Something about this really adds this total delicate lightness femininity to
00:21a skirt. It feels really really fresh for the new season. It's not something we've really done before and I'm
00:25loving this for giving us outfits. It's kind of whimsical edge.
00:28Another trend I was really surprised by is that pink shirts are coming through in a really big way in
00:32Milan. One with skirts, one with jeans, one with trousers. It's got this kind of energy behind it. It's also
00:37got this real freshness to it. Strangely it feels fresher than white. I'm seeing a lot of retailers backing this
00:42as well so I found really gorgeous styles across the high street. Cos is a really gorgeous blush style that's
00:47got these very subtle stripes through and I've also seen a really gorgeous, richer, kind of rosier style from Whistles
00:52that I've got my eye on as well.
00:54Finally, I think my favourite street style trend is that cummer bands are really breaking through in Milan right now.
00:59If you're paying attention to the runways you'll know that they've been landing all over the place. Celine has been
01:03pushing them a bunch. We've also seen them at Ralph Lauren, at Conor Ives. Styling wise we're seeing people wear
01:08them with like jumpers and then trousers and then they've got that really glossy elegant cummer band separating the two.
01:13And it does pull the silhouette directly from men's wear tailoring so it's got this real inherent sophistication and sleekness.
01:19I just think that there are very few other accessories out there that can make an outfit feel quite sharp.
