00:00Regarding Iran's lawful defensive acts against the U.S. military facilities in the region,
00:06I must refer to this Assembly's resolution on the definition of aggression.
00:10It declares that the action of a state in allowing its territory,
00:16which it has placed at the disposal of another state to be used by that state
00:22for perpetrating an act of aggression against a third state,
00:28it constitutes an act of aggression, period.
00:33Under international law, any state that normally makes its territory available
00:38for the commission of an act of aggression must bear all the consequences
00:42and legal responsibilities for its internationally wrongful act.
00:47The missiles that killed 168 children at a primary school in Minab
00:52and struck the Lomar's sports complex during the U.S.-Israel regime's joint aggression
00:58against Iran were launched from neighboring territory.
01:02There are only—these are only two of many such examples.
01:08Our defensive acts against the U.S. military infrastructure were carried out
01:13in the exercise of our inherent right to self-defense.
01:17Yet, to date, Iran has exercised the utmost restraint in conducting such lawful acts.
01:24Our response was confined to the U.S. military installation and assets.
01:30Any further aggression against Iran from regional countries will be met with the most devastating response.
01:39Dear Mr. President, regarding the Canadian representative's remarks,
01:44I must underscore that the real affront to international law is to make a desperate attempt
01:51through disinformation, misdirection, demonization, and the labeling of a country
01:57as the so-called principal threat to peace and security to whitewash the Israel regime's crimes.
02:03The biggest lie of the century is that in his address to the Union General Assembly,
02:10the notorious Prime Minister of the Israel regime labeled his genocide in Gaza as the biggest lie of the century.
02:18But neither his words nor Canadian representative's remarks can erase documented realities,
02:26nullify court findings and orders, whitewash crimes witnessed by the world,
02:33or change the reality that the Israel regime is the exclusive principal threat to peace and security.
02:41Furthermore, no amount of fabrication and falsehoods can absolve Canada and other Western countries,
02:48particularly the U.S., of their international responsibilities and individual criminal responsibilities
02:54of their officials for the complicity in crimes committed by the Israel regime in our region.
