00:00Obviously, you know, it's a shame, but I mean, the characters that she may have encountered,
00:10she could have been putting herself in danger, but she didn't, I don't believe she wanted to
00:15go to a soup kitchen or a shelter because back in the, ever since I've known her, she was homeless,
00:23but back then, before finding this permanent place for a short period of time, she was going to
00:28shelters. I believe one of them was on Park Avenue in the 60s. So she's been a fixture here. Yeah.
00:35So,
00:36you know, a fixture for, for people that know of her, not, not obviously not tourists or people
00:41that just come by every now and then. I've been riding my bike in Central Park since I was 17.
00:46I'm 64. I think I know all the characters in her, but she was great. She was really fun to
00:52talk to.
00:53She knew, she, she knew wildlife, she knew animal, animal behavior. So it's not like she just sat
00:59there and painted that. She really like knew more than an artist would about these animals. And
01:06I found that intriguing.
