00:04you've got quite hardcore bushcraft survival school type things it's quite
00:11male-dominated or you have like this wellness camp like sound baths and
00:17forest bathing so if you don't sort of identify with those two groups then
00:23maybe you feel a little bit lost but you really notice like the difference in someone who's like
00:38come in and with like limited experience they can be quite like timid at the start but actually they
00:45often are the ones who are like most involved and like get the most out of it
00:59so fully involved on like oh what's this like what do you mean you can use this mushroom to
01:05like make a fire and then like you know getting them to have a go with it at the end
01:09like they
01:10just they love it we take it for granted I think that you can just walk and turn a tap
01:21on or boil
01:21the kettle like I think spending time outside does make you appreciate like the effort between those
01:27instinctively it does like reset your brain to be way more conservative with your usage
01:43when you then start thinking through that lens you realize how little you do know to like defend
01:50yourself or like survive in that situation building a good network of community having making sure you've
02:02got a friend that's a good friend that's a nurse and would know how to like treat an injury and
02:07someone else who's got like a mechanical mind who could help like turn a dead car into something useful
02:17it's really for me giving me what feels like a purpose and my mental health it's given that massive
02:24boost it's like a relationship like you can't just like expect it to give you everything you have to
02:29like pour give it energy and curiosity and then you get it back that's when it starts like providing
02:35the real value to you I think often when I'm out I just think this is crazy that people are
02:39doing life
02:40without this
