00:12He's talking about the big issues the country faces and how he's going to set about tackling them over the

00:20taking people with us, but addressing those big issues that have been done for too long.
00:24And one of those is social care. It's been talked about for many years, but politician after politician has come
00:30along and ducked it because it's too hard.
00:32So I think what he's showing today is that he's prepared to take on those difficult issues, take the difficult
00:38decisions that are necessary.
00:39But what he wants to do is take people with us over the long term.
